This is a rare opportunity to experience and explore the mysterious world of the most elusive and  prominent Pampamesayoks and Altomesayoks, medicine people from the Peruvian Andes Mountains. We will work closely with Altomesayok Adolfo Ttito Kuntur. He comes from an almost extinct line of  Altomesayoks who have the rare ability to summon and materialize mountain spirits in darkened rooms for healings, information, and rituals. 

Their cosmovision is filled with oral traditions, supernatural beliefs, legends, and colorful myths. We'll delve into their animistic world to understand the origins of sickness, the "qualities" of energy, how affinities are created/healed, etc. We'll experience techniques to recover the anima or spirit and processes of soul reintegration. We'll explore the power of despacho ceremonies to propitiate fertility and prosperity and clear stagnation. 

They will share their traditions, views, and beliefs around the relationships they have with different elementals of the land, spirit sponsors, and the hierarchy of mountain spirits.
